Hana Leheckova was born in 1990 in Ceske Budejovice. She has participated in several amateur theatre groups. At the moment she studies at the Department of Theory and Criticism at the Theatre Faculty of AMU in Pragueand attends a course of Creative Teaching at the Department of Authorial Creativity and Pedagogy. She leads a drama club at an elementary school. She is translating the play Orphans by Dennis Kelly (together with Eva Petelikova). The opening of her play V(y)chod took place at Svandovo divadlo (directed by David Siktanc) on March 3, 2012.
